Finance Associate/ Cash Administrator is responsible for maintaining all bank accounts, processing payments, taking the lead on managing operation budgets and cashflow projections, comparing forecast and actuals. This individual should have a keen sense on numbers and play an important part in designing and implementing ongoing procedural changes and automation initiatives, in a fast-paced environment characterized by strict adherence to tight deadlines and dedication to quality control in all aspects of the process.

The Finance Associate/ Cash Administrator will generally be responsible for:

· In charge of wires, ACH, e-check, credit card and check payments

· Maintaining bank accounts, setting up new bank accounts and new users

· Analyze and maintain monthly cash balances for both AR and AP, and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual cashflow projections

· Monitoring and recording sales proceeds and cashflow from operating assets

· Drive month end, quarter end and year end closing duties which include ensuring close timeliness and accuracy, bank account reconciliations and variance analyses.

· Review monthly cashflow variance reports, research and explain variances.

· Provide support for the implementation, documentation, and monitoring of internal controls.

· Prepare schedules/analyses as required for year-end external/internal audits.

· In charge of inputting invoices, change orders and commitment process and documentation

· Perform other related duties and departmental coverage as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Bilingual in Chinese and English required; be able to use both Chinese and English system

· Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in accounting from an accredited college or university or junior level of accounting background preferred

· 2-4 years in real estate accounting experience preferred.

· Strong interpersonal skills and an enthusiasm for working closely with a multitude of internal and external partners.

· Significant Proficiency MS Office computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Power Point).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
