Field Technician Job at Employers Overload Longview, Washington
Do you enjoy the outdoors? Do you like hiking in the mountains?
Look no further, we have a summer seasonal position starting towards the end of May.
Will conduct noxious weed surveys in a variety of areas including Mount St. Helens. Will drive a company vehicle to work location and travel time is paid. Will work in a team to identify, survey, and treat noxious weeds.
Job Duties
- Will conduct field inspections and treat noxious weeds.
- Keep accurate records of all property visits.
- Manage project activities and assure timely completion of work.
- Attend continuing education classes, workshops, and trainings.
- Maintain workplace and vehicles in a clean and organized manner.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Some positions require a current Washington State Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Able to identify noxious weeds (training provided).
- Able to walk, hike, and carry a 25-35 lb. pack in the mountains.
- Able to work independently and efficiently.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
