Rimrock Technology Solutions is looking to add 1-2 highly skilled Field Technicians, who are up to date on all new Technology and have experience installing and maintaining premiere based or cloud VoIP Systems.

This is a remote position located in Carrollton, TX.

• Handle a variety of daily tasks, both internal and external, adhere to deadlines, and create and monitor strategies for achieving departmental objectives.
• Providing technical knowledge, experience, documentation, and project coordination as needed to install or repair hardware or software, by addressing technical issues for clients and supporting connected equipment.
• As you drive from location to location, you will build relationships with a diverse base of customers and deliver technical solutions
• Perform additional duties/assignments that may be required by management from time to time

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years experience installing and maintaining premiere based or cloud VoIP Systems.
• Any experience with Bicom, Netsapien or other cloud based phone systems that would be a plus.
• Able and willing to travel to clients' locations as needed to offer scheduled business customers with on-site technical help.
• You must be proficient in IT and knowledge of Wi-Fi access points, modems, routers, and network switches. Very helpful if you are familiar with analog phone lines.
• Detail Oriented and thorough with documentation of notes.
• Punctuality is a MUST along with good work ethics and professionalism
• We will train you to install our VoIP phones and systems and related equipment.
