Position: Field Restaurant IT Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs preventative maintenance service, emergency repair, and cosmetic repair on restaurant equipment and property. Perform hands-on fixes, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications.
- Assists where necessary in the installation and modification of equipment, including those resulting from special projects (I.e. timers, D/T confirmation boards, etc.)
- Monitors and oversees outside contract work in assigned stores, ensures proper coordination and communication between all involved parties.
- Performs regular inspections of all assigned restaurants and reports the condition and maintenance status of equipment and property.
- Performs duties as required for store openings, Restaurant Support Center, special events, fairs, etc.; assists in transfer, sales and/or disposal of equipment.
- Above all else provides 1st and 2nd tier technical support for our restaurant locations.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

- Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned or required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer-service focus and high level of initiative; proactive.
- Ability to define goals, meet urgent deadlines, organize and prioritize projects exceeding expectations.
