Titan Solar Power is seeking an experienced and driven Field Operations Support to join our team.

Summary:
The role of the Field Operations Support is to assist Field Operation Managers with training and installation escalations. As well as ensuring safety protocols, production targets, and quality standards are being met at a state level.

Responsibilities:

• Develop battery and generator training for field employees; travel as needed to conduct on-site training.
• Design and facilitate training programs as new procedures are set in place for field employees.
• Provide installation expertise when assisting field employees and homeowners with escalations.
• Collaborate with State Field Operations Managers and Internal Operations Managers with the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
• Manage hotel booking for traveling teams within the assigned state.
• Monitor battery teams across assigned state in order to evaluate battery production targets.
• Assist battery technicians, service technicians, and site surveyors,
• Have flexible availability based on ongoing work/tasks needing change.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years experience with Solar PV Install
• Management, Operations: 1 years experience
• Demonstrated ability in managing projects: installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Previous experience working with supplier, partner, client, or customers in an operational capacity
• Management of crews, equipment, material, projects, and schedules.
• Knowledge of electricity, voltage and current relationships for both AC and DC circuits.
• Ability to read one-line drawings
• Conduit, wire sizing
• Ability to be insured by Company (driving company vehicle or machinery, Liability Insurance for License if Electrician)

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, NEC, EPA, OSHA, and building code requirements.
• Work-related travel up to 40%, with some overnight travel required.

• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
• Valid Driver's License
• OSHA 30 Required, can obtain within 30 days of hire
• Master Electrician Preferred
