This role conducts operational audits to ensure Verge Mobile stores are in compliance with T-Mobile guidelines.
- Visit all stores (in their defined Region) to conduct quarterly audits to ensure operational excellence
- Coach team members on biggest opportunities
- Use reporting to capitalize on biggest opportunities at stores
- Work with multiple teams to help frontline with their concerns
- Ensure no store fails an Ops Ready or Standard audit
- Hold training courses for new or struggling managers
- Be the point of contact for multiple back office teams for support
- Identify risky behavior that can require intervention
- Conduct investigation handed down from T-Mobile or internally
- Conduct interrogations for investigations if necessary
- Microsoft office familarity
- Strong written and verbal skills

- Ability to adapt trainings based on leader needs
- Keep a calendar accurately
