FEC/Arcade Technician and Mechanic Job at Tilt Studio
Nickels and Dimes, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced FEC/Arcade Technician for its new Tilted10 location at the Willow Grove Park Mall.
Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and repair various amusement attractions within our facility including, but not limited to: Video, Skill, Redemption, Pinball Games, Laser Tag, Card Swipe, POS, Audio, and Video Surveillance Systems.
Qualifications:
Excel in troubleshooting electronic and mechanical assemblies.
Understand the safe and proper use of power/hand tools, DMM, soldering equipment.
Able to read and understand wiring diagrams.
Proficient in the use of computers and associated hardware.
Promptly perform required preventive maintenance of games, rides and equipment.
Experience in component level circuit board repair and troubleshooting preferred.
Additionally, applicants must:
Be self-motivated, but still be able to follow directions from others.
Be able and willing to reach out and to communicate with other support personnel.
Be well organized and able to multi-task.
Perform well under pressure and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Perform required safety inspections.
Be able to train or assist other staff members.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Minimum three years experience as a game technician in the amusement industry.
Associates Degree in Electronics Technology preferred; or the equivalent combination of education and job related experience.
Salary for a very qualified person would be in the $60,000.00-$80,000.00 range.
