We are searching for a well-qualified and motivated Farm Hand to assist with operations on our family-owned alfalfa/cattle ranch. This is a full-time position, located in Fort Rock, Oregon.
This position entails all general farm work. We’re looking for a ranch hand with 3+ years of experience in alfalfa farm operations, who is well-prepared for:

- Farm Equipment Operation, Repairs and Maintenance
- Extensive Work with Hay Equipment (hay equipment, (Swathing, Raking, Baling, Hauling, Stacking, Truck Loading)
- All Areas of Field Prep and Aspects of Modern Farming Practices
- Pivot Irrigation Operations
- GPS Operations
- Strong Communication Skills
- Valid Drivers License
- Farm Hand Experience
- Alfalfa and Grain Hay Production Experience
- Pesticide License and CDL Preferred (Not Required)
