Field Application Engineer (FAE) Salary: $75k-$130K

Located in Santa Clara, we serve the manufacturing needs of companies in Silicon Valley and beyond, producing Machined Parts.

Principle Responsibilities

• Identify and drive Sales and Engineering activity in assigned accounts.
• Establish relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend Radian’s Standard or Custom products.
• Project Manage and assist in the design of custom thermal engineering projects.
• Project Manage RFQs from customer.
• Project Manage Prototype Manufacturing for Customer R&D Projects.
• Manage, and assist in the design of custom thermal engineering team and end customers.
• Interface between Radian’s inside sales/engineering team and end customers.

Job Summary:

Radian Thermal Products, Inc. is looking for an FAE to join our technical team supporting customer driven products while expanding creativity for innovation internally. This candidate will drive demand in accounts, support, and close design wins for customer thermal solutions. Interface with Engineering departments of customers and suppliers. Performs a variety of business, technical and engineering functions, including but not limited to sales support, research, design, and project management.

Job Level Specifications/Knowledge

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3-D/CAD Modeling and 2-D Drafting (preferably Solid works)
• Thermal Dynamics/Heat Transfer background
• Project Management
• Customer interfacing

Experience 2-5 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
