ISI® Elite Training sessions are led by energetic and certified coaches. Each workout takes members through a fast-paced Athletic Based Training (ABT) session, burning up to 1,000 calories in 50 minutes. Our training program builds self-confidence, increases muscular strength and endurance, burns fat, and improves flexibility for all fitness levels.

Job Description:

ISI® Elite Training is currently seeking a high performing Facility Manager (FM). The Facility Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, team production and development, consistent delivery of our brand standards, and drive facility membership growth goals. The Facility Manager will lead the operation and success of a high energy facility and build relationships with members and the community in order to help maintain and build a strong member base. He or she will be responsible for making sure the member experience is first class and always consistent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works collaboratively with Head Coach, Coaches, and Sales team to lead and drive facility’s overall effectiveness, growth, and efficiency
• Holds all team members accountable to ISI® Elite Training brand standards
• Maintains a safe, fun, and clean facility
• Executes and manages the ISI® sales process
• Ensures the proper onboarding of all new ISI® members
• Makes sure the facility has an elite and consistent member experience
• Manages and participates in events including marketing events
• Motivates Sales Associates and Coaches in achieving membership sales goals for the facility
• Provides clear direction and leadership for the facility and all team members
• Hires, onboards, trains, and manages all facility staff
• Plans and executes the studio’s daily, weekly, and monthly membership goals
• Owns facility growth and retentions KPI reporting, ensuring it is getting updated on a daily basis

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a Bachelor's degree and basic computer skills
• Must be resourceful and able to execute a plan of action
• Should have a passion for helping members achieve their goals and can lead a first class member experience
• Must be a fitness-minded professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a sales quota environment OR as a manager of fitness facility
• Must be interested in further development of your professional skills sets- sales, marketing, lead generation, social media, building and retaining members, growing a business
• Able to perform, lead, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Must practice positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Able to demonstrate the desire to lead employees and motivate teams to goals
• Must have the flexibility to work days, nights and weekends, as needed
• Able to commit to participating in 2 ISI® workouts per week and attend all relevant ISI® training programs

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
