Position Title: Lead Facilities Technician
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
The Lead Facilities Technician monitors and keeps Haven properties in prime condition. Principal responsibilities include performing general building maintenance duties to ensure that building systems are operational and functioning properly at all times, facility troubleshooting and repairs along with recording, documenting and developing quality assurance maintenance schedules compliant with Haven Hospice and AHCA standards. Other responsibilities include the ability to supervise janitorial staff and facility maintenance staff. The Lead Facilities Technician is also to be available to respond to afterhours building and equipment emergencies.

You Have:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC certification preferred.
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electric, air conditioning and mechanical/electrical equipment, painting and drywall repair, pressure washer and cleaning equipment.
- Knowledge of blueprints, building codes, and contracts preferred.
- 3-5 years experience with facility maintenance.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to oversee personnel in janitorial roles and facility maintenance roles.
- Awareness of safety/OSHA regulations.
- Florida driver’s license and auto insurance.
Location: Gainesville (Corporate Office Location)
