Facilities Project Specialist Job at Cataler North America
The ideal candidate will:
Assists in planning, installs and optimizes Japanese manufactured equipment and systems to produce a quality product.
Prepares plant facility piping and electrical systems to support expansion of manufacturing equipment.
Must be flexible with weekend work and occasional holiday work.
Attends meetings to coordinate vendors, contractors, Cataler Engineering and Production department requirements.
Prepares drawings as needed (CAD experience is a must)
Assists in capital equipment purchasing, installation and handover processes.
Assists in all phases of facility expansions and modifications.
Assists in determining methods, procedures, parts and equipment needed to implement plant and engineering changes.
Troubleshoots problems and identifies solutions which reduce and conserve planning and installation costs.
Evaluates installations and recommends design modifications to eliminate plant, machine or system malfunctions.
Interfaces with all levels of management and employees to gather information and provide guidance for implementation.
Enforces that Cataler and industry safety practices are observed by personnel performing installations, modifications, and other projects at CNA.
Supports and ensures compliance with quality, environmental, and business continuity policies, procedures and international standards associated with such management systems.
