Apis Services Inc. is seeking 2 - Full Time Facilities Technicians to work with our affiliates. Campuses located throughout Berks County, PA.
Experience working as a Facilities professional with housing/apartment complexes A+. Training available for a motivated handyperson who enjoys household/building repairs and mechanical work.
Great hours/schedule! Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent needed
- Valid Driver's License is required
- Minimally 2+ years of experience working in building/facilities maintenance preferred, not required, related experience considered
- Computer experience needed- maintenance software A+
- Related technical training or education helpful
- Plumbing and electrical experienced A+
- Background check and other screenings will apply
Responsibilities:
- Complete routine maintenance and emergency repairs
- Responsible for the facilities Preventative Maintenance (PM) orders
- Assist with minor electrical work
- Maintaining professional appearance of all offices, common areas, buildings and grounds
- Repair minor plumbing issues such as leaking sinks or toilets,
- Repair or replacement of office furniture, fixtures and doors, etc.
- Request and order all needed parts, supplies, and equipment
- Perform/assist with seasonal duties
- Report concerns identified or emergencies to Facilities Management Team as needed
- Works as a liaison with onsite leadership
- Some on-call - Rotation every 7 or more weeks - Earn overtime pay if needed!
