Corestaff is hiring for Facility Maintenance/PM Technician in Waller TX!!
2nd/3rd shift available!
Mechanical, Electrical experience required
Trained and knowledge in maintenance of high and low voltage circuits, including but not limited to 24v, 120v, 240v, 480v, single & three phase, 60hz and 50hz.
Trained and knowledgeable in maintenance of air moving systems.
Trained and knowledgeable in maintenance of basic plumbing required to support lab assets, including but not limited to process water, refrigerant supply, refrigerant recovery and gas supplies such as nitrogen, natural gas, propane, oxygen.
Building maintenance
Ensure equipment adheres to all applicable safety and governing standards.
Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural and plumbing drawings.
Read and interpret product manuals and electrical schematics.
Refrigeration knowledge is a plus
Knowledgeable and proficient in the use of voltmeters, ohmmeters, oscilloscopes, power tools, hand tools and measurement instruments, required to support activities outlined above.
Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Mail, Excel and Word
Proficient in developing and maintaining accurate and complete records
Familiar with instrumentation and data acquisition systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Question, listen, and observe objectively and insightfully
Coordinate, organize and attend to details
Problem solving or troubleshooting
