Job Responsibilities/Duties
* Must be able to pass a security clearance*

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA's):
> Knowledge of contracting principles, policies and procedures.
> Ability to communicate both orally and in writing

Maintenance:
> Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excell, and PowerPoint
> Create/submit monthly invoice & expenditure reports capturing contract cost
> Backfill invoice information on FEM
> Create, track, and close facilities maintenance work orders for the District uing FEM system
> Plan, organize and delagate requested projects around the District facilities
> Create and submit Manpower report annually
> Create organize and upkeep SDS binders for hazardous materials annually
> Maintain contracted vehicles (Oil changes, repairs, DOT Inspections, general upkeep, PMs, etc.)
> Maintain file systems (Vehicle info, Ancor & USACE info, timecards, invoices, etc.)
> Create & write formal letters
> Send timecards to Ancor, Inc. each Friday
> Aid with District facility upkeep year-round or projects
> Order and store District flowers annually
> Waters flowers daily during the summer (weekends as well)
> Manage MSX key locker and Master key daily
> Perform Quality Control checks on completed work orders
> Assist crew with work orders as needed
> Keep track of purchase receipts for projects, fuel, etc.

Motor Pool:
> Manage USACE’s GSA vehicle fleet
> Report vehicle utilization monthly
> Order replacement vehicles annually
> Schedule vehicle maintenance
> Dispatch vehicles for TDY requests
> Manage fleet vehicle accidents/incidents
> Provide USACE employees with Defensive Driving Course accounts
> Order replacement vehicle keys and WEX (fuel) cards as needed
> Manage GSA spare vehicle key locker

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.20 - $30.94 per hour
