The Food & Beverage Cashier takes orders and handles transactions for our various F&B locations. This individual is enthusiastic, professional, and works quickly with excellent guest service.
Aside from handling transactions, the F&B Cashier keeps all areas organized and clean, delivers guest service, and supports the rest of the food and beverage operation. With that said, no task is too small as working on Donner Summit means we all pick up a shovel, bump chairs, and pitch in all aspects of resort operations no matter our title or pay grade.

The Deets:
While every day is different and our roles may shift based on business needs, here is what you can expect to dive into in this role as a F&B Cashier:
- Provides an excellent level of service to our guests.
- Takes orders, manages transactions, and processes cash and card payments.
- Keeps F&B locations stocked and communicates with management when inventory is low.
- Maintains all public and kitchen areas to be clean, presentable, and organized.
- Understands our resort offerings and communicates them to our guests.
- Takes initiative to contribute to the food & beverage operations outside of their role as cashier.
What We're Looking For:
- Has a guest service mindset and outgoing personality.
- Able to stand for the majority of a shift, typically 8 hours
- Able to work both indoors and outside in varying weather
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Has CA Food Handlers Card or the ability to obtain one after accepting job offer
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
