Full Time Art Therapy Position in Therapeutic Day School Setting
(Looking to fill this role with an Art Therapist or Rec Therapist)
Located in Romeoville, IL
M-F 8:00 am - 3:30 pm school day

Art Therapist plans and implements group art therapy for each classroom, class sizes average 10 students. Art Therapy groups put a strong emphasis on development of age-appropriate scial and emotional goals, creative self-expression, etc. Art Therapist also leads weekly and multilevel adaptive art clubs, in addition to assisting with backdrops/props for the performing arts program. Art therapist works closely with the rest of the Expressive Therapy team, including music therapists and recreation therapists.

Current ATR
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
