NEAMC has been in business since 1975. We are a multi-faceted teaching hospital that includes 24/7 Emergency and Critical Care Department, Board certified criticalist and 2 technicians certified in ECC, a Specialty department with board certified surgeon and cardiologist, plus a 5 doctor General Practice Team. New England Animal Medical Center is a fast paced work environment. The right candidates will possess skills such as being able to multi task and set priorities. Good computer knowledge and excellent communication skills are a must. A high school diploma is required and any prior experience working with animals is a plus.

This position requires the ability to walk, bend, stand and reach constantly during a minimum 8hr shift
Visual acuity sufficient to maintain accurate records recognizes people and understands written directions
Fine motor skills adequate for utilizing office equipment such as computers, telephones, copiers, fax machines, etc

New England Animal Medical Center has openings for Full Time experienced veterinary customer service representatives. This position works with all hospital departments and involves all facets of client interaction such as greeting clients, admitting and discharging patients to/from our hospital, answering a multi line phone system, making appointments, taking payments, working with technicians to triage patients, inputting client/patient information into our electronic medical records system, working with clients to apply for third party financial assistance, providing a calm voice of reason in an emergency setting. As well as keeping the Hospital clean and tidy.

10a-8p (4) 10hr shifts per week: Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays

2p-10p (3) 8hr shifts per week: Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
