What You’ll Need:

• 3 to 5 years in a management role within the multifamily sector specifically student housing.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and train.
• A strong understanding of P&L statements and keen ability to think strategically.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for diffusing challenging situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• A winning attitude and approach to slay the day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
