Experienced Paralegal Job at Kinard and Jones Law Firm, LLC
Our office is seeking an experienced paralegal who has extensive knowledge in family law, criminal law and civil litigation. The candidate selected will be working with one of the five attorneys in our office.
The responsibilities and requirements for this position include:
- Discovery preparation and/or responding to discovery requests;
- Drafting all legal documents;
- Handling all scheduling for the attorney’s calendar in all aspects;
- Preparing the attorney for hearings, mediations and depositions;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent skills with personal time management;
- Exceptional experience working in a fast pace work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lexington, SC 29072: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Paralegals & Legal Assistants: 3 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: One location
