A local award winning Home Remodeling Company is looking to expand its team. We are hiring for a home remodeling lead position. This is an in-house position (not looking for a sub-contractor at this time). Our base of operations is in Egg Harbor City, NJ with an office in Mays Landing. Our territory is within an hour of Mays Landing.
We are looking for someone capable of handling interior remodels, focusing on bathrooms and kitchens, from start to finish.
Skills/abilities include:
Demo
Framing
Minor drywall/patch work
Minor painting
Basic electrical/plumbing abilities (we use licensed contractors for these tasks, but the ability to set a sink/toilet and replace basic light fixture is a must)
Tile experience preferred (backsplash, flooring, tub/shower surrounds)
Trim work/finish carpentry
Installation of cabinetry
LVL flooring installation (small job)
Must have a clean driving record, willing to approve a background check, your own basic hand tools, and a customer focused/friendly attitude with integrity.
