Strategos is seeking a Expeditionary Mine Countermeasure (ExMCM) Commodity Manager Support in pursuit of a government contract.

Performance Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Duties and Responsibilities:

o Provide SME for the use and sustainment of ExMCM materiel. With this comes the expectation to advise the development and revision of TTPs related to ExMCM.

o Monitor ExMCM inventory and readiness databases to ensure the proper inventory accounting and

o readiness reporting for ExMCM in-use by EODGRU TWO and its subordinate commands, and report status to the EOD Materiel Coordinator at least monthly. With this comes the expectation to monitor the physical accounting of ExMCM inventory at least annually, as well as obtain and maintain access to RCRP, DPAS, or other designated government authoritative database as appropriate, to monitor inventories and report discrepancies/shortfalls.

o Maintain a current library of all publications, instructions, and messages related to ExMCM in-use by EODGRU TWO and its subordinate commands.

o Assist the coordination of issue and receipt of ExMCM and related materiel throughout EODGRU TWO.

o Coordinate with supporting TOA Custodians the receipt and issue of non-ExMCM materiel necessary to support ExMCM operations.

o Assist the coordination of ExMCM maintenance and repair efforts conducted by outside entities. With this comes the expectation to develop scopes of work and obtain service quotes when required, and schedule and track the status of ExMCM materiel undergoing maintenance or repair by outside activities, providing status updates as required.

o Advise short and long-term maintenance plans.

o Assist the phase replacement, technical refresh, and disposition of ExMCM materiel throughout EODGRU TWO.

o Assist the coordination of training related to the use and sustainment of ExMCM materiel and provide after-action reports as required. With this comes the expectation to assist the development of short and long- range training plans.

Qualifications and Requirements:

The employee must have no less than eight (8) years’ experience directly involved in EOD Mine Countermeasure operations, paygrade of E-7 or higher, no less than three (3) years’ experience in Navy Expeditionary Combat Force logistics management, and no less than one (1) year experience using Microsoft Teams software.
