Executive Assistant to Startup Founder w/specialty skills (10 a.m. - noon, T-W)
This outstanding opportunity is exclusively reserved for a talented part-time Executive-Assistant to join an Entrepreneurial Startup Team. Help the Founder put a Startup Team together!

IMPORTANT: This part-time employer has a "Home 2-bd. Apartment Office." The second bedroom is your office. A safe and clean environment is maintained by everyone.

  • Additional hours are possible in increments scalable to Full Time.

The Executive Assistant must quickly demonstrate proficiency in the following specialties:

A. SPECIALTY SKILLS

  • Administrative Duties (Bookkeeping XERO)
  • Human Resources (Recruitment and Documentation)
  • Project Manager (Basecamp & Smartsheet.)
  • Customer Service: Telephone (Skype), Chat Lines (Websites), Emails (Gmail)
  • Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish)
  • A passport to travel without limitations.

NOTE3: Our downtown "Home 2-bd. Apartment Office" is next door to transportation (train, bus, trolley).

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
