Confidential Inninpicturesque New Hope, PA is seeking an experienced full-time Executive Chef.

Confidential Inn overlooks the Delaware River in historic Bucks County Pennsylvania. Our menu offers intercontinental cuisine that adapts to the season served in a romantic atmosphere of centuries gone by.

We're seeking a seasoned Executive Chef to help build and elevate our fine dining menu, produce quality food, manage our kitchen staff, work closely with restaurant managers in the overall food and beverage operations of the restaurant, and resolve kitchen issues swiftly.

The ideal candidate has the ability to take initiative and show leadership while at the same time being a great team player. You love food and have a passion for hospitality. Your demeanor is calm and friendly.

Experience:

• 2+ years of previous restaurant experience in a similar role in an upscale casual restaurant
• Culinary education preferred
• Ordering, receiving, & inventory
• Staff training and motivation
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Scheduling
• Managing < 5 people
