EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO

ProService is growing! Our executive leadership needs support to continue that growth! We are seeking an individual to work directly with our CEO and ensure effectiveness and productivity through the precise and timely execution of projects.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

• This is a highly visible position that will work directly with the CEO of ProService
• You will work with other C-level executives at ProService as well as various other organizations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Plan events, meetings and travel down to the last detail in order to make the event low stress and outcome oriented for attendees.
• Coordinate gifting and correspondence with appropriate individuals - making it easy for the CEO to be generous and thoughtful.
• Have an understanding of a CEO's priorities. Ask insightful questions so that you are able to anticipate any shifts in priorities or needs.
• Research vendors, venues etc to be able to make quality recommendations to CEO.
• Follow up on outstanding needs without prompting.
• Project manage special projects for the CEO down to the last detail and be able to provide timely updates on progress.

WHAT WE'D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

• Project management experience
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and communication skills
• A problem solving attitude and mindset that proactively seeks out solutions
• A people first approach and level of thoughtfulness that lends itself to enhancing relationships
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A high level of follow through and preventing things from 'slipping through the cracks'
• Currently living on Oahu or willingness to relocate
