Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Office of the General Counsel. The Executive Assistant manages schedules, travel arrangements, meetings and correspondence, and handles select projects as assigned. Additionally, the Executive Assistant is responsible for the broad support and functioning of the Executive Office, works as a member of the Executive Office and Board of Directors support team, and helps manage the day-to-day tasks of the Executive Office. Will work in close collaboration with the Chief of Staff.
