Primarily accountable for direct support to company executives and for supporting the BSBC Management Services, LLC mission to provide Create Encore Experiences that Enrich Lives One Person at a Time. The general purpose of this position is to provide secretarial and administrative duties in support of department executives to aid in facilitating the efficient operation of the organization. The incumbent manages phones, mail, scheduling, filing, and direct support to the executive team as requested. Essential Job Functions The information provided below encompasses the functions and values associated with this position. The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities. Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following; • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive teams’ behalf • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records • Performing minor accounting/data analytics duties • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary • Coordinate travel arrangements • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner • Intake of third-party inquiries and identifying the purpose of their inquiry before directing them to the appropriate department • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters


Requirements

Education and Experience: • An Associate degree or equivalent vocational/technical training or two (2) years of experience in public or business administration in lieu of a degree • Quickbooks online - Required • Microsoft office suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PP a must (Sharepoint preferred) • Experience in personal/executive assistant roles • Knowledge of the food service industry preferred • Corporate Exposure a plus
