As the EA you will work directly with the CEO and assisting with complex and advanced administrative tasks. Responsibilities for Executive Assistant

  • Schedule appointments, and maintain and update CEO’s daily calendar
  • Daily tasks meeting with CEO and coordinate calendar reminders needed for the day
  • Meeting and presentation preparation directed by CEO
  • Meeting notes and remind team members of deadlines set by CEO
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports (as needed)
  • Screen all incoming correspondence, and route accordingly
  • Maintain company licenses and/or registration
  • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
  • Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:

Qualifications for Executive Assistant

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of experience in administrative support functions (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms
  • Proficient in Google sheets and docs
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
