Salary Range:

$59,527 to $79,766 Annually

DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this position is to serve as an active member of the court management team. This position performs a variety of administrative tasks related to compiling, preparing, analyzing, and managing budget information, and analyzing statistics related to court programs and organizational performance. This position is also involved in IT/Automation projects and maintenance of the Court Case Management System.


Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Coordinate and track court employee training
  • Prepare budget and statistics reports
  • Maintain case flow management reports
  • Process invoices for payment
  • Participate in court recruitment processes
  • Maintain policies and procedures


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Work Experience:

Requires three (3) years of administrative experience, preferably in a public agency.

Candidates must have the minimum amount of work experience. Years of experience are based upon a full-time work schedule (2,080 hours per year). The sum of an applicant’s full-time and/or part-time qualifying work experience must meet or exceed the stated minimum qualification. Education will not substitute for the required work experience; however, related unpaid and/or volunteer work experience may be used as qualifying work experience.


Education:

Requires the equivalent to an associate degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public administration, business administration, or a degree related to the core functions of this position. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

The term “equivalent” means that directly related work experience exceeding the required work experience will substitute in equal time increments for college-level education, for example: one year of additional directly related work experience will substitute for one year of college education (30 credit hours).
