Functional Description:
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate data calls across multiple reporting IPTs
  • Combine and consolidate data
  • Develop and update program and team schedules
  • Reserve classified meeting areas and collect notes and action items
  • Assist setting-up classified VTCs
  • Verify visitor access credentials
  • Develop and update PowerPoint presentations
  • Use MS Teams and SharePoint sites to control and manage data
  • Apply business rules and processes to gather, assess, and report data
  • Assist in the preparation of contractual and financial documents
  • Maintain leadership calendars
  • Onboarding/Offboarding customer personnel
Required Experience:
At least one year of NAVAIR experience performing duties described in the functional description
Desired Experience:
Experience using the Defense Travel System, security systems for clearance verification, MS Teams and SharePoint, and the MS Office Suite
Having a Flankspeed account a plus
