Job Duties:

    • Maintains compliance and audit documents
    • Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes
    • Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
    • Maintains and files Agency governance filings, licensing, registrations, and corporate records for oversight entities
    • Assists in the implementation and upkeep of corporate governance policies, guidelines and templates as requested by Executive Director
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies, as applicable as requested by Executive Director
    • Answers phone calls, takes messages, and answers questions as applicable, updates calendars and schedules, creates and edits documents as requested
    • Coordinates and cooperates with Human Resources for reporting and maintaining compliance records as requested by Executive Director
    • Attends Agency and departmental meetings, trainings, and activities when requested by Executive Director
    • Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and maintaining established reporting procedures as requested by Executive Director
    • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    • At the discretion of APluscare, this job description may be modified or revised at any time
    • All other duties as assigned by Executive Director and APluscare

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

    • Handles detailed work and problems, balancing multiple tasks simultaneously
    • The ability to effectively communicate (orally and written) and interact with others, including diverse, inter-disciplinary, cross-functional teams
    • The ability to read, concentrate and learn
    • Sitting, standing, and computer work for long periods of time
    • Push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs
    • Support and maintain all corporate policies, procedures, and quality and confidentiality standards
    • Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed to meet the needs of the organization
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
