Events Specialist Job at Scotland Memorial Hospital
The events specialist will support the Scotland Memorial Foundation by hosting events that enhance our image, improve donor outreach, and increase fundraising efforts. The events specialist will be tasked with researching and securing venues, planning and managing our events calendar, negotiating quotes and agreements with vendors, assisting with event marketing, monitoring timeframes and budgets, networking, and delivering on event goals. The events specialist should demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, superb interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills, and excellent time-management. The events specialist will also reinforce donor relations and should have a creative outlook to help grow our efforts.
This position is full-time and reports directly to the Executive Director of the Foundation.
Location: Scotland Memorial Hospital · Foundation
Schedule: Full-Time, Day, 8:00am - 5:00pm
