We are seeking an Esthetics Instructor who possesses a wide range of skin care skills and experience, including real-world spa experience, and who is passionate about sharing knowledge with others. Candidate must have a positive attitude, be self motivated and energetic, and be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Having proven success in spa business skills, including guest consultations, up-selling, rebooking, and retailing is also a requirement. Candidate must have ability to work evenings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lesson-planning and teaching of classes on a variety of skincare practical techniques as well as theory, advanced topics, and professional development.
• Actively coaching and assisting students (Future Professionals) with clinic floor services to include technical assistance as well as coaching on salon success skills such as guest consultations, re-booking, and retailing.
• Modeling the Paul Mitchell culture and positive professional habits for our Future Professionals.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must possess a valid California Esthetician License
• Three (3) or more years of diverse Skin Care experience, including advanced techniques; Teaching Experience a Major Plus
• Proven successful spa business experience with strong results in building clientele, up-selling, rebooking, and retailing
• Passion for educating, learning, and helping others and a positive attitude each and every day is an absolute must.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
