In general, the Escape Room Supervisor will report to ownership. The supervisor will be responsible for:
- hosting at the front desk,
- loading guests into the escape rooms,
- having an understanding of how our rooms function,
- ensuring our guests have thrilling experiences,
- ensuring employees abide EBH's policies,
- and answering customer concerns and voicemails.*
This position offers a 2 hour bonus on each pay check for replying to customer voicemails during off hours. The supervisor will be responsible booking customers using BOOKEO software. More details on functions of this position will be revealed during interview.
Hours: The supervisor's hours are reflective of EBH's operating hours. The supervisor can expect to work between 20-30 hours per week; majority of the hours being Thursday-Sunday. More detail regarding hours will be given during interview.
