SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

An Equipment Wash Bay Technician is responsible for the exterior and interior cleanliness of equipment. This position will maintain the organization and general cleanliness of the Wash Bay and it's equipment. A successful Equipment Wash Bay Technician performs the following tasks in a way that supports H&R Agri-Power’s mission to provide quality products/service at a fair price to afford a reasonable return on assets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive equipment from and to Wash Bay carefully and in a safe manner.
• Clean the exterior and interior of all equipment to the standard that reflects H&R Agri-Power's image.
• Use various industrial cleaning equipment to complete the task at hand.
• Complete tasks and duties that the Management team put forth.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and safe work environment by interacting with customers, peers, management, and support resources in a way that promotes teamwork and a commitment to excellence.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the agriculture industry a plus, but not required.
• Experience operating Agriculture and/or lawn/garden equipment a plus.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Must be dependable and hard-working.
• Able to work outside for long periods of time operating lawnmowers, weed eaters etc.
• Must be flexible with schedule and duties and/or tasks that are assigned.
• Possess a willingness to take the initiative.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be 21 years of age or older to be insurable.
