About this Position:
Primary purpose is to manage the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system). This includes all ISO documentation, maintenance monthly reporting, log of equipment issues to support countermeasure activity, and planning and scheduling of maintenance activities. Responsible for maintaining system consistency and supporting plant and site personnel. Works with core North America team to develop and improve CMMS system. Performs site level administration and training for CMMS system.
Responsibilities include:
  • Manages system data to confirm consistency across site and North America.
  • Systems additions / improvements
  • Confirmation of work closure / reporting
  • Training / mentoring equipment service group (self, associates, team leader, coordinators, and management).
  • Site and North America system meetings
  • Special projects
Who we are seeking:
Required Experience:
Previous manufacturing experience (minimum 2 years)
CMMS experience (minimum 2 years)
Required Education:
High School Diploma / GED equivalent
Other job specific skills:
  • Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule including shifts and weekends as needed
  • Must have leadership ability
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Additional Position Factors:
  • Workstyle: Onsite
  • Ability to train associates in processes
  • Associate management and control – communicate associates work data to correct technical leader
  • Able to work in a fast-paced production area
  • Must be able to lift 35lbs
  • Occasional travel for required AHM – SC business objectives
  • Mainly computer work (some “At the Spot” audits)
