Regional Fleet Manager
EVO Transportation, Inc. is looking for an ambitious and experienced Fleet Regional Manager to join our team. Under the leadership of the Vice President of Fleet, the Regional Fleet Manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of geographic region, vendor partners, and asset management of Fleet employees and equipment.
Responsibilities and Roles of Regional Fleet Manager:
- Exercise direct supervision, coaching, and support to employees, operations, and activities within assigned regions in the fleet and maintenance arena
- Own performance management metrics and employee development across the region
- Monitor repairs and estimates to ensure alignment within the fleet matrix
- Organize timely communication of system and process change, along with driving effective organizational change management procedures
- Works as a liaison between Fleet and Operations to support, coordinate, and communicate all maintenance and repair needs, breakdowns, prompt assistance, and overall customer service to our Operations Team
- Assure prompt high-quality repairs, resolving complaints, and solving problems
- Ensure every employee has a clear understanding of how success will be always measured
- Support through regular, and productive interaction including corrective action, praise, motivation, and feedback in appropriate measure
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in the transportation/heavy duty truck industry
- At least 3 years of experience in Fleet Management, preferred
- Team leadership skills and abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong written and verbal skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
