Oneida Total Integrated Enterprises (OTIE) delivers full-service facility and infrastructure engineering design, environmental science, construction management and munitions response services worldwide, with over 30 years of successful project performance.

OTIE currently has an opening for a motivated, experienced Environmental Engineer with Water Quality Compliance Expertise in our San Antonio office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

(1) Support Department of Defense and other agencies Multi-Media Environmental Compliance Programs but focus on Water Quality Program Support

  • Storage Tank Management
  • SWPPP, SPCC, FRP, ICP development
  • Stormwater and wastewater sampling and reporting
  • Overall Water Quality Program Support
  • Draft or review Sampling Analysis Plans
  • Provide reach back support to Field Sampling Teams

(2) Collect, analyze, and develop reports in support of environmental programs for federal, state, and local clients

(3) Preparation and review of technical reports

(4) Data review, option evaluation, and recommendation of best results

(5) Client interaction and presentation of options and results

(6) Production of deliverables

(7) Perform all duties in accordance with company high ethical standards

Minimum Requirements:

(1) Bachelor of Science in Engineering, an advanced degree is preferred and/or certification.

(2) Ability to perform updates and reviews of stormwater/wastewater reports and SPCC and FRP plans

(3) Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to environmental issues as they relate to DoD compliance programs

(4) Excellent communications, technical report writing, fact and research finding

(5) Knowledge of sampling, field work, using measuring instruments, data analyses and reporting

(6) Advanced computer skills—MS Excel, Word, ACCESS, and Project

(7) Must be able to obtain a government security clearance and Common Access Card (CaC)

Preferred Qualifications:

(1) Knowledge of the United States Air Force and other DoD organizations

(2) Knowledge of Air Force, GSA and USACE Contracting practices and procedures

(3) Five years+ of experience managing Air Force Environmental Compliance programs

(4) Professional Certification such as:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Professional Geologist (PG)
  • Profession Engineer in one or more states (PE)

(5) Subject Matter Expert (SME) in secondary protocols i.e. CAA, RCRA
