Wiser Roofing is now seeking a motivated outside sales representative!

Wiser Roofing is a leading residential contractor in the greater Raleigh area. We are proud to be an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor. In addition to providing the highest quality roof replacements and repairs, we also offer gutter systems, skylights, and siding provided by James Hardie. This is an amazing opportunity for any candidate who has a positive, outgoing attitude and is self-motivated. Most of the clients you will be working with will have been adversely affected by storm damage. You will introduce yourself to the community, perform roofing inspections, and when necessary, help the home-owner work with their insurance provider to obtain a new roof. We help private homeowners maintain safe and healthy homes at little to no cost to them.

Job Description:

• Working as an independent contractor, you will be responsible for generating new accounts for Wiser Roofing. You help start the process and the installation team handles the physical aspect of installing the roof.
• Most new accounts are obtained by performing free door-to-door roofing/gutter/siding inspections on privately owned single-family homes. Normally, homes that have had recent storm damage will have the greatest need.
• We would prefer that the Sales Representative can perform the roofing inspection independently. We are able to consider candidates who are not able to perform the roof inspection but you will need a work history showing significant sales experience.
• Create detailed reports based on the inspections performed with cost estimates. The report is normally discussed in detail with the homeowner in their home.
• Communicate with insurance providers on an as-needed basis. When homes require new roofing/gutters/siding due to storm damage, in most cases an insurance provider will need to speak with the sales representative.
• While not required, we would prefer Sales Representatives to observe and assist with the build day (first day of the project). You are not responsible for installing any roofing/siding/gutters but can act as a liaison for the company with the homeowner. This can act as an additional earning opportunity to speak with the neighbors regarding the upcoming construction.

Compensation:

$5000 - $9400 / monthly

• 50% commission on the profits of all projects that you generate. There is no earnings cap on commissions. We believe a motivated Sales Representative can gross between $6000-$9000 monthly. One sale alone could represent over $10,000+.
• We also have additional weekly and monthly bonuses based on the leads you generate. From Raybands to Apple iPads!
• Quick payments: as soon as client payments clear, we will issue you a check on your commissions.
• A draw (payroll advance) is available to staff once they have completed the onboarding process.

• This is a position with incredibly high earning potential, you do not need a Master's Degree with Wiser Roofing to earn six figures. You control your earnings!
