Hello!
This job is to contact businesses and interview business owners for a positive "spotlight" story we are writing on them and their business.
After you do a short (5 minute) interview with the business person, you'll enter the data so the article can be written. One of our editors then meets with them to do a full interview before the final article is published.
This is a free service to the business and most are appreciative that someone is acknowledging the hard work they are doing. It also gives us an opportunity to meet potential clients to tell them about the other services we offer.

You do not need to be experienced as we provide training, but we are looking for people that are energetic, happy and articulate. Someone who works well without being micromanaged is key.
Ideally the person wants to have the potential for growth, if they do well in this role there are advancement opportunities. The appointment scheduling position is great experience by itself as you get to learn the ins and outs of many different small businesses and the people that run them!
This position pays $17/hour for average production and $20/hour for above average production. There is also a bonus structure for top producers.
This is a 9:00-4:00 M-F job, working from our office in Arlington Heights.
