Entry Level Agent Job at GEICO WEST EL PASO
This is an entry level position, perfect for those that want to start their career on the insurance industry. You don't need an Insurance License for this position.
Your main responsability is to call the leads that we have on our system and transfer them to a Licensed Sales Agent.
We are looking for great personalities not resumes, no previous experience required.
Starting hourly pay is $20,000 a year plus commissions. You can quickly increase your hourly up to $38,000+ per year plus commissions.
Perfect for new highschool graduates that want to start an insurance career or individuals that would like to start a new career in the insurance industry.
** We will assist you to get licensed and train you to become a Licensed Sales Agent and earn $40,000-$75,000 per year.
