Enterprise IT Support Officer
Currently, Stillwater is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Enterprise IT Support Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The right candidate will provide technical support and customer service to the organization's users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes)
Answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures; may be located within a call center
Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems
Maintains a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems
Performs routine assignments in the entry level
Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others
Requires conceptual knowledge of practices and procedures
No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for own contribution
Solves routine problems using existing procedures and standard practices
Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
Exchanges basic information, asks questions and checks for understanding
Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, resolves incidents, responding to application and OS troubleshooting, hardware and software troubleshooting, Incident Identification; may perform access management, installation support, standard service request support, and cable management
