Tomorrow's Customer Success Team is empowering countries, businesses and individuals to manage and prepare for weather-related challenges.

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our US team. Our CSMs fill a dynamic and essential client-facing role, interacting collaboratively with the sales, marketing, product, and enablement teams. Dedicated to our client's success and satisfaction, the CSM serves as the main point of contact. The role requires highly-effective time management and people skills, coupled with robust multi-tasking capabilities. The CSM is a valuable member of the Customer Success Team and the position is one which brings with it an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a lively and challenging environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as a strategic advisor for a series of weather related products and collaborate with the Account Management team to increase revenue for current customers
  • Identify risk in adoption for a series of assigned accounts and own the mitigation strategy to eliminate quarterly churn
  • Present quarterly, or bi-annually, Business Reviews to continually evolve partnership goals and build ROI with the customer's executive team
  • Provide best practices for a customer to utilize weather intelligence through success planning and product training
  • Collect product feedback and resolve negative Net Promoter Scores
  • Coordinate across different departments during major product updates and releases
  • Support the advocacy program at Tomorrow.io and help with the creation of customer testimonials / marketing content

Qualifications needed:

  • 5+ years experience in a Customer Success role
  • Experience in the saas/technology industry, preferably in a B2B global enterprise software environment
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken (Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus)
  • Fast learner, with great attention to detail, who can understand and articulate technology at any level
  • Rich interpersonal skills to work with varied internal team, including external face-to-face onsite meetings
