Easterseals New Jersey is actively seeking an ENROLLMENT TEAM LEAD to join our team!

What will you do?

• Collaborates with Operations Manager on daily operations of the enrollment team.
• Monitors all pre-employment and enrollment processes, documents, and activities to ensure accuracy and completed paperwork according to regulatory compliance.
• Conducts regular audits of enrollment documents to ensure all enrollees are completing paperwork on time.
• Ensures all inquiries are responded to within one business day.
• Hosts in-person enrollment events to efficiently complete the enrollment process where it is needed.
• Assists in analysis to design/redesign various process issues to ensure they are customer-focused, consistent, effective, and efficient.
• Seeks continuous improvement of the enrollment process.
  

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Associates and/or minimum of two (2)+ years' experience in HR/Onboarding/Recruitment and/or customer service.
• Knowledgeable in recruitment and new hire onboarding processes.
• Familiar with DDD hiring requirements helpful.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong computer skills utilizing MS Office Suite; capable of learning new software/programs.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
