ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST Job at SUMMIT Early Learning
Full time position in Selinsgrove promoting SUMMIT Early Learning programs and providing excellent customer service to prospective and current clients.
QUALIFICATIONS: Associate degree and 2 years of professional administrative and/or customer service experience preferred; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Must have the ability to work with culturally, ethnically, and socio-economically diverse populations, must work independently and be able to manage multiple projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and office management and data system skills are necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain full enrollment in programs by efficiently and effectively assisting families with program selection, collecting required enrollment documentation, enrolling children, and transitioning children to program staff. Assist the Enrollment Coordinator as needed and assist in other service location areas as assigned.
LOCATION: SUSQUEHANNA CHILDREN’S CENTER, 590 University Ave, Selinsgrove, PA
HOURS & SALARY: Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday – Friday. $14.91 – $15.51 per hour, depending on qualifications.
