Energy Efficiency Analyst
Remote | DC - Maryland

Job Description:
Are you interested in providing Program support for ICF’s Utility Programs and Services Division? You will contribute to the development and deployment of an energy efficiency program that provides homeowners with energy savings measures and education. The Analyst will be part of the Maryland residential team and work with a cross-functional team of program management, outreach, and technical personnel. Analysts at ICF have an opportunity to apply their academic and industry knowledge, gain exposure to major projects, interact with experts and clients in the field, and build content knowledge and consulting skills.

What you will be doing:
  • Working with and managing subcontractors to deliver Quick Home Energy Check-ups
  • Liaise with IT, Marketing, Reporting, and Customer Care teams to evolve delivery of program
  • Update client reports
  • Assist in preparation and delivery of internal and client presentations
  • Monitor invoices and inventory of direct install measures
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases for internal tracking
  • Document operational processes and implement streamlined processes where applicable
  • Assist in reparation of regulatory filings
  • Other duties as required to support our work nationally and provide direct support to division leadership as needed
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Environmental Sciences, Economics, or related subject preferred) with 1+ years experience
  • or at least 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong MS Office Suite knowledge
  • Ability to carry out oral and written instructions thoroughly

  • Interpersonal skills including the ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is
$38,756.00 - $72,921.00
