The Labor Relation & Benefits Coordinator assists employees with benefits enrollment and questions, verifies all insurance billing, maintains employee database and files, and ensures compliance with required benefit notices. Performs human resources duties investigation and resolution of Employee Relations issues including EEOC compliance, disputes and other related matters. Create and issue report about each incident. Performs other duties as assigned. Must be committed to serving a diverse college community. Actively participates in and contributes to continuous quality improvement.
