General Position Summary:
This person(s) will represent the company in smart-card related standards organizations. Responsibilities will include development and support of technical documentation, research of EMV standards, as well as discussions and negotiations with various industry players (payment systems, laboratories, vendors, etc.). Understanding of the various aspects of Digital commerce ecosystem will be desirable. In addition, this person will provide technical training and ongoing education to various customers.
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree-Computer Science or Electrical Engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of smart card-related experience, specifically in the areas of specification definition, document development, test script development and/or smart card implementations.
- knowledge of ISO/IEC7816 and EMV smart card specification.
- Additional smart card knowledge will be taken into consideration, e.g. Global Platform, Java Card, and MULTOS.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
