NorthEast Electrical is looking for a full time Customer Quality Assurance Manager to join our growing team!

This position is responsible to oversee the total customer quality experience and will serve as the liaison to all departmental behaviors supporting our service platform network with direct reporting responsibility of the Brockton Quality Care Department. This individual will have direct reporting responsibility to the VP Operations with a concentric focus between operations and sales to drive and enhance our quality processes.

The person in this position is exposed to all elements that exist in a warehouse environment where the noise level is usually moderate.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible to perform root cause analysis of quality issues
• Attend and participate in daily quality meetings
• Resolve quality issues at a customer level – maintain close interaction with sales and customers
• Work across a variety of quality assurance disciplines
• Monitor all aspects of production and service to ensure the standards of quality and customer expectations are being met
• Make recommendations for the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards met during production.
• Stock checks and inventory maintenance / adjustments as needed.
• Contribute research findings to the quality program for daily logging
• Maintain data integrity on all performed quality reports
• Support operations managers/associates on quality process key learnings
• Other projects/duties as assigned
