Elder's Program Cook's Assistant Job at The Klamath Tribes
The primary purpose of the Temporary Cook’s Assistant will be to assist the Elder’s Program Cook with a variety of tasks and reoccurring duties. The Temporary Cook’s Assistant will assist the Cook primarily with meal preparation for delivering meals to homebound Elders and meal preparation and serving in the elder dining area, clean-up of the kitchen and dining areas, prepping food, and filling-in to cook meals in the absence of the Cook. Training for each duty and responsibility will be provided by the Elder’s Program Cook.
The Temporary Cook’s Assistant may assist the Elder Outreach Worker with, hosting socialization opportunities for Elders at the Meal Site such as crafts or activities, and tasks necessary to host Elders events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,395.00 - $45,552.00 per year
